(More customer reviews)I purchased this scanner (with headset) about 1 month ago and I'm thoroughly pleased with the scanner itself; I haven't used the headset as yet as it is quite large and heavy.I've had no problem at all with the reception or clarity and the volume is good as well.I love the portability of this unit; I only wish the batteries lasted a bit longer, but...oh well.I use the rechargeable batteries and they last about 12-15 hours of constant use.Maybe that is acceptable for rechargeables, I've never used them before now.Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced, portable scanner.
