(More customer reviews)This vent mount fits in the horizontal slots of the dash vents. Works great with my 01 Tahoe and 06 325i. It didn't work very good in my 95 4Runner because the entire vent hinges up/down rather than just horizontal fins hinging up/down. The weight of the device and design of the vent/dash (the 4Runner dash is vertical rather than sloped) wouldn't allow the phone to face in an upward direction.If your dash is sloped you probably won't have any issues with this mount.
The holder is very adjustable and will hold many devices.Also, it puts the device closer to the driver compared to a windshield mount. I can easily touch my AT&T Fuze without leaning forward.Included with the package were 2 vent mounting plates and a windshield suction cup!Great value as it was over $10 cheaper than another similar vent mount (actually, it looked identical).Shipping was fast and I am happy with the quality of the product.
