(More customer reviews)I had nothing but a great experience with this product. I don't know what the other person was using, but it wasn't Navigate 7. True is does reformat the card when you reinstall the software which was a pain, but it did come preinstalled and auto installed, auto loaded, and auto paired with the Bluetooth antenna the first time I used it. I would highly recommend the product and a 1GB or 2GB card so you have room for more than one map and room for music and photos too.
