(More customer reviews)I purchased this cradle so I could securely place my iPhone on an old mount that was sitting idle for years since I abandoned the old cell phone. The old plate on my mount allowed me to attach the cradle with some difficulty though. It was just more time and fumbling in a tight space and without mirrors to see what I was doing; but everyone's install is different. The attachment issue is what caused me to remove a fifth star.
